1.     How do I know what I am ordering is authentic?

2.     Is there a minimum order amount?

We are happy to deliver all orders . There is no minimum order amount.

3.     How do I track the status of my order?

You will receive a link on your registered mobile number or email id to track your order.

4.    Does the brand ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally yet. We do hope to grow with time and deliver our oils boundlessly.

5.     What are the various payment options?

You can pay using any Credit Card/ Debit Card or UPI.

6.     Can I cancel/modify my order?

Due to the organic nature of the product it is not possible for us to modify or cancel the order placed.

7.     If I don’t like something, can I return it?

Unfortunately due to the organic nature of the product we are unable to accept any returns.

8.     Is the shipping free?

We charge a nominal fee for shipping. The charge may vary depending on the delivery location.

9.     Do you have any physical outlet for pickup?

Yes, INARA has one flagship store located in Andheri, Mumbai.

10.    Do you deliver to my location?

Yes, we deliver PAN India.

11.    What do I do if some items are incorrect, missing or damaged in my delivery?

You will receive a confirmation email after the payment has been made.

13.    Do I have to create an account to place my order?

We recommend you create an account for an easy and hassle free experience.

14.    Can I choose my delivery date?

All products are delivered within 2-4 business/working days from the date of the order placed. We try our best to deliver them at the earliest!

15.    Do you have Cash on Delivery?

We do not accept cash on delivery.

16.    How are the oils packaged?

We use safe, sustainable eco-friendly packaging to securely deliver our products to you at your doorstep.

17.    When do the oils expire?

All INARA oils have an expiry period of 6 months from the date of manufacturing.
